The VCI technology reliably protects steel, stainless steel, zinc, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, and other metals from corrosion – even in hard-to-reach areas.
The VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors) contained in the film form an invisible protective layer on the metal surface within the closed packaging. After opening, the active ingredients completely volatize, leaving the components clean, dry, and ready for immediate use without the need for extensive recleaning.

After unpacking, the active ingredients evaporate, leaving the parts dry, clean, and generally ready for immediate use without the need for extensive recleaning.

VCI hoods – simply slip them on, provide reliable protection
VCI covers are particularly suitable for machines, equipment, pallets, transport racks, and large metal components. They enable quick and easy packaging, even of large items.
Y-hoods – flexible for complex geometries
Thanks to their special shape, Y-shaped hoods offer additional flexibility when packaging components of varying shapes or particularly large sizes. They can be easily pulled over the packaged goods and provide a large-area VCI protective effect.
